Find a Home: Sign up for our MLS reports, attend open houses, search public sites, and tour homes with us to find a home that meets your needs and budget.
Make an Offer: We will discuss and prepare a written offer, present it with the appropriate terms, and negotiate it on your behalf.
Get an Inspection: Once your offer is accepted, you will have the home inspected by a qualified home inspector to make sure there are no major issues with the house.
Get Financing: Secure financing for the new home.
Close the Deal: Finalize the purchase with the closing process. This includes transferring funds, signing paperwork, and obtaining the deed to the property.
Move In: Congrats! You are now the proud owner of a new home.
